Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Dental Administrator to join our team, responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our office. We are a non-corporate close knit team seeking a like minded, patient focused team member to join us!

Duties

  • Manage front desk activities including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients
  • Treatment Coordination, Hygiene Coordination, Accounts Receivable
  • Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Support staff with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Great attitude with a willingness to excel and grow into a management role
  • Dynamic team player with a positive attitude
  • Minimum of 1 year full time dental administration experience
  • Experience with orthodontic payment plans is an asset
  • Experience with Maxident Software is an asset
