Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Dental Administrator to join our team, responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our office. We are a non-corporate close knit team seeking a like minded, patient focused team member to join us!
Duties
- Manage front desk activities including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients
- Treatment Coordination, Hygiene Coordination, Accounts Receivable
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Great attitude with a willingness to excel and grow into a management role
- Dynamic team player with a positive attitude
- Minimum of 1 year full time dental administration experience
- Experience with orthodontic payment plans is an asset
- Experience with Maxident Software is an asset
