Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Inspire: Mentor and guide a team of over 15 dental professionals to achieve their best.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards in patient care.
- Patient Experience: Create an exceptional patient journey from the first contact to follow-up care, ensuring personalized treatment plans.
- Team Development: Build a strong, cohesive team through continuous learning, coaching, and support.
- Innovate: Work with our dentists and administrative team to enhance systems, streamline processes, and introduce new ideas that improve patient care and clinic efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership in a dental setting.
- A passion for patient care and operational excellence.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
- Experience with dental software and billing systems is a plus.
