Blair Petrachek

Blair holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a specialization in Databases, Datamining, and Software Engineering. As the head of the Development Team, he is integral to the architecture and design in our software division and is responsible for our suite of software’s development process and lifecycle. Blair and his team of experts are key in our overall strategy to offer our customers top-quality software solutions in Canada and internationally.

Alain Himbeault

Alain is our Senior Software Developer with a Computer Science degree from the University of Manitoba. He has worked in software development for nearly a decade and is a fluent speaker and writer in both English and French. Being an excellent team player, Alain also brings to his role strong troubleshooting skills and a determination to learn new technologies. In his spare time, he plays board games and the piano.

With a keen interest in technological development, Aran actively applies his acquired knowledge into his projects. He has a natural appetite for embracing challenges, in which he consistently seeks to expand and refine his skill set.

Starting as a Support Technician, Matt honed his skills in resolving client technical issues. His educational background in Cyber Defense & Cloud Administration plays a crucial role in his transition to spearhead our efforts to create impeccable software as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Matt draws on his knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity fundamentals, and offensive networking to ensure that our software meets the highest standards and that our new endeavors align with the ever-evolving needs of dental clinics.

With over a decade in providing exceptional service to our clients, Noel has expanded into a Business Advisor role. He believes that every business is unique and as such, listening to every client in order to fully comprehend the nature of their business and goals is key. It is only through this process that Noel is proving invaluable advice and assists his clients in achieving milestones and reaching their goals. Through his extensive knowledge and a genuine curiosity, he is helping hundreds of clients with their daily business challenges.

With over a decade of technical experience and a Computer Science degree from the University of Manitoba, Gagan joined Mint Ops as a valuable team member. Known for his collaborative approach and his willingness to assist others, Gagan’s previous work has involved working closely with clients with their E-commerce needs. Drawing from his background in customer service, Gagan is enthusiastic about aiding clients in maximizing their clinic’s potential and achieving their dental practice goals.

Known for his humility and eagerness to assist, Arsh consistently provides valuable insights and support.

As the Implementation Technician, Michael conducts and oversees all data conversions, installations and infrastructure reviews for our clients. Before coming to this role, Michael was a Technical Support Representative and was spending his days assisting clients, when they needed it the most. He holds a Network Administrator Diploma from Robertson College and has been providing customer service for nearly a decade.

Darsh supports Mint Ops as our Implementation Manager, bringing a strong background in operations and a practical, results-driven approach to every implementation. Shaped by years in sport and team-focused environments, he’s known for combining structure and clear execution with a people-first mindset—helping clients feel supported while keeping implementation timelines on track. With a logical way of thinking and a natural ability to connect one-on-one or lead a group when needed, Darsh helps teams stay aligned, focused, and confident throughout the implementation process.

With a B.Sc. degree and a relentless, solutions-first mindset, Aadi supports clinics as an Implementation Manager, bringing the same problem-solving skills he developed as our former Support Technician. He’s known for untangling complex technical issues and turning them into clear, practical next steps that set clients up for long-term success. Down-to-earth and lighthearted, he makes each interaction comfortable and productive, and his genuine commitment to helping others shows in the care he brings to every rollout and training session.

Lani Ray

Lani is a highly experienced dental professional with over 28 years in the industry. With a background in both clinical and dental office management, she co-founded U R DUE Patient Services back in 2015, which later became our Remote Administration division at Mint Ops. She brings expertise in building and maintaining patient relationships, mastery of various dental practice management software systems, and a comprehensive understanding of the operational flow between dental administrative and clinical teams. Lani plays a key role as the liaison between on-site dental office teams and our Remote Administration division team.

Kaity MacPhail

Passionate about dentistry, Kaity began her dental journey in 2014 as a registered dental assistant, then found that her true passion was working at the front of the office throughout her years of reception and management. Kaity specializes in both recall/hygiene and treatment coordination and is excited to be a part of our Remote Administration division, helping many offices achieve success. She believes the mouth is the gateway to one's overall health and strives to keep patients on track with their dental needs. Apart from work, Kaity enjoys traveling, biking, and spending time with family and friends.

Dev is a dentist and transition consultant with over three decades of experience across clinical practice, operations, and dental transitions. Trained in London, UK and further specialized at the Eastman Dental Institute, Dev spent many years in general and complex private practice before moving into leadership and advisory roles. After relocating to Canada, Dev spent a decade helping dentists navigate practice transitions, supporting both those preparing for retirement and those stepping into ownership. Known for his calm, thoughtful approach, Dev focuses on guiding people through change with clarity, respect, and care—helping each clinic find the path that feels right for their next chapter.

CHIEU QUACH

As the head of Mint Ops' technology and production team, Chieu brings over a decade of solid industry and technical experience to the task of insuring that our flagship brand in our software division, MaxiDent, maintains its position at the forefront of practice management software providers. In overseeing the development of all new software features and components, Chieu maintains strong lines of communication with both the technical support department and MaxiDent users to ensure that MaxiDent software continues to meet and exceed the requirements of our customers.

Savannah Koran

Savannah began her dental journey over 20 years ago, bringing experience across both clinical and operational roles and a strong understanding of what it takes to build high-performing dental teams. She previously served as Director of Operations for Mint Ops’ Recruitment division, supporting clinics through the hiring process and helping build the structure behind successful placements. Today, Savannah continues to support dental practices through operational consulting, helping clinics improve performance, increase efficiency, and build long-term practice value. In her role as Chief of Staff, she also leads Mint Ops’ HR function, improving alignment across teams and creating structure and consistency through clear internal processes, expectations, and documentation.

Zoe is a natural born “helper” from rural Manitoba who loves to assist and problem solve—and supports Mint Ops in Accounting & Administration with warmth, structure, and dependable follow-through behind the scenes. With 9 years of experience in administrative roles, Zoe brings consistency and strong attention to detail to the day-to-day workflows that keep everything running smoothly. She studied Psychology at the University of Manitoba for over four years before transitioning into Administration and Municipal Law, and later Bookkeeping. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, solving puzzles, and catching theatre shows around Winnipeg.

With over 14 years of experience in the dental industry, Dani began her career as a Registered Dental Assistant before moving into roles as an Office Manager and now serves as Director of Practice Strategy at Mint Ops. Her journey has given her a strong understanding of the challenges clinics face — from hiring and training to streamlining operations and building high-performing teams. At Mint Ops, Dani works closely with clinics across Canada to develop strategies, systems, and teams that support long-term growth. She specializes in practice optimization, recruitment support, and operational consulting, always aiming to make the process simple, effective, and tailored to each clinic. Outside of work, Dani enjoys spending time outdoors, hanging out with her mini dachshund Peanut, and planning her next travel adventure.

He joined what would become Mint Ops in a marketing role, where he quickly developed a deep understanding of the company, its ecosystem, and its long-term vision. Growing alongside the organization, Lathaniel became a trusted internal connector who understands how the pieces of the business fit together. As Director of Strategic Projects, he now leads cross-divisional initiatives focused on creating smarter processes, greater efficiencies, and stronger collaboration across teams. His work is centered on helping Mint Ops operate more seamlessly while maintaining the high standard of service and culture the company is known for.
