While we started with dental practice management software, we now offer a comprehensive range of services, including remote administration, marketing, and staffing, all integrated to help clinics run efficiently and grow strategically.

No, MaxiDent is not disappearing. It remains our trusted dental practice management software. However, it is now "Powered by Mint Ops", meaning it is now part of our larger ecosystem of services. 

In addition to MaxiDent, Mint Ops offers:
 
  • EngageB: A platform to automate patient communications, using custom filters for targeted outreach. 
  • Grayscale: Our imaging software that works with any patient management system (PMS). 
  • U R DUE: Providing remote reception and administrative support, including booking appointments, handling payments, and managing insurance verification. 
  • U R HIRED: A staffing division to help clinics fill clinical and administrative roles quickly and efficiently. 
  • U R SEEN: Our marketing division, offering both digital and traditional marketing services to attract and retain patients.

No, there will be no disruptions to your services during the transition to Mint Ops. You’ll continue using MaxiDent and U R DUE as you have been. Our goal is to make this transition seamless for you, while also giving you access to the new services within the Mint Ops ecosystem.

At this time, there are no changes to your existing pricing structure for MaxiDent or U R DUE services. If you choose to add additional services from the Mint Ops ecosystem (like EngageB or U R SEEN), pricing for those services will be provided as part of your package options.

The official public launch of Mint Ops is on October 31st, 2024. You’ll start seeing Mint Ops branding across all our communications, and we’re here to support a smooth transition for you every step of the way.
