Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Motivation: Mentor, inspire, and guide a dynamic team to deliver high-quality care with professionalism and empathy.
• Daily Operations Management: Oversee the daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflows and high standards in patient care.
• Insurance & Billing Expertise: Manage insurance claims, billing, and patient accounts accurately and efficiently.
• System Streamlining: Implement process improvements and enhance patient flow in collaboration with the administrative and clinical teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Dental Office Management Experience: At least 3 years of experience in managing dental clinic operations, with a strong background in insurance processing and billing.
• ClearDent Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ClearDent software is required to ensure a seamless transition.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Friendly & Outgoing Personality: A warm, positive attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff alike.
