For over four decades, Maxident Software Systems was the name Canadian dental clinics trusted for practice management software. That foundation is still here. What changed in November 2024 is everything built around it.

From One Product to an Ecosystem

Maxident started with a single focus: give dental clinics software that actually works. For decades, that was enough. But as the clinics we worked with grew, we saw the same problems surfacing again and again — administrative overwhelm, marketing that wasn't moving the needle, and an inability to find and keep good people.

So we started building solutions. A remote administration service launched under the name U R Due, handling phones, scheduling, and insurance verification for clinics that couldn't justify a full front desk. A recruitment division launched as U R Hired, focused specifically on placing clinical and administrative staff in dental practices. A marketing division launched as U R Seen, working with clinics on digital presence and patient growth.

Each service worked. Each one grew. And by 2024, it was clear that running them as separate brands was holding us back — and creating unnecessary confusion for the clinics we served.

Why Mint Ops

The rebrand to Mint Ops in November 2024 wasn't a name change for its own sake. It was the recognition that what we had built was no longer a software company with some adjacent services — it was an integrated operating system for dental clinics.
