MaxiDent
The operational backbone of your clinic. Patient management, charting, billing, treatment planning and reporting. With EngageB, included in the Growth and Scale plans, it adds autonomous patient engagement that runs without your front desk having to manage it. Online booking completes the loop: recall patients receive automated outreach and can self-book directly, and ASAP list patients are contacted automatically and moved into earlier available slots as they open (Online Booking: a $99/month add-on on every dental clinic plan; included in every hygienist and denturist plan). MaxiDent is the platform everything else connects to.
Grayscale
Web-based 2D dental imaging that works with the software you already use. Grayscale integrates with any practice management system, so adding it doesn't mean switching anything else about how your clinic operates.
Cybersecurity
Full protection for a clinic normally takes five or six programs from five or six vendors, so in most clinics, most of it isn't handled. Coro closes that gap with one platform watching email, devices, cloud apps, and data, resolving the routine automatically and surfacing only what needs a decision. Mint Ops is an official reseller, and the first company we secured with it was our own.
