MaxiDent runs on a private cloud or on your own servers, whichever fits how your clinic operates and what your team is comfortable managing. There is no default, no upsell, and no version of the software that performs better than the other. The private cloud option keeps your data in a dedicated, secure environment (not a shared public platform) while giving your team access from anywhere. Both options are fully supported and give you access to every module and every feature. The decision is yours to make based on your practice’s needs, not ours.

MaxiDent gives clinics the controls that PIPEDA, Canada’s federal privacy law, and provincial privacy and health-privacy laws expect, including Ontario’s PHIPA, Alberta’s HIA, British Columbia’s PIPA, Quebec’s Law 25, and the laws of every other province and territory where our clients operate.

Support is provided in English. If your clinic operates primarily in French, your team works in French inside the software and reaches our support team in English when assistance is needed.
